No silly, not a bathing suit! We suggest wearing comfortable clothes, and dressing in layers in case you get hot or cold.

Please bring anything that will support you in laying down for the duration of the session.
Items may include: yoga mat, pillow, eye mask, and blanket.
Participants often feel thirsty after a sound journey session, so feel free to bring water.
